APRIL 2012

SATURDAY MAY 5

Exmouth Town won the Football Express cup with a 3-2 win against Cheriton Fitzpaine at Topsham. The cherries struck first blood through Dean Jones, but Josh Kirby equalised and second half goals from Steve Caddywood and Lee Clark took Exmouth out of range. Chris Acton netted a late second for Cheriton whose Nigel Thomas was named man of the match.

The Lords XI are promoted from Division 5 after they won 7-1 at Dunkeswell. Julian Wills with a hat-trick bringing his tally to 35, Sam Page 2 and Andy Empson scored for the Lords.

Amory Park Rangers are runners up in Division 7 after they beat Bampton 3-1. Daniel Black, Luke Veale and Lee Phillips were the Rangers scorers.
Champions Morchard Bishop won 5-1 at Halwill with Ryan Piper and Phil Greenslade both scoring twice. Liam Scholfield added a fifth, but Halwill were given a boost as relegation rivals Hemyock could only manage a 1-1 draw at Amory Argyle. Gary Cross with a penalty was Hemyocks scorer.

Lympstone clinched second place in Division 8 after winning 6-1 at Cheriton Fitzpaine, while third place Otterton finished with a disappointing 1-1 draw at Winkleigh.

 

SATURDAY APRIL 28

Newtown won 1-0 at the Lords XI and will be fifth division champions if they won their last match against Hatherleigh on monday night, but the Lords team must get a draw at relegated Dunkeswell on saturday to ensure third place.

Division 6 champions Chulmleigh powered to a 7-0 victory at the Uau Exeter with manager Guy Hiscock and Will Martin scoring twice.
Bow AAC are runners up after beating Honiton Town 6-1.

Morchard Bishop regained top spot in Division 7 after their 6-0 win against Sandford. Ryan Piper 2, Neil Carpenter 2, Phil Greenslade an an own goal accounted for the visitors.
Dawlish United celebrated promotion with an 8-0 win at home to Stoke Hill with Olly Williams 2, Tom Halfyard 2, Jack Kane, Sean Kirby, Ashley Donohue and Mike Coy on target.

Otterton chasing runners up spot in Division 8 were checked by a 2-2 draw at Offwell Rangers. Craig Sluman and James Dingle scored for Otterton.
Champions Tipton St John crumbled to a 6-1 defeat by Colaton Raleigh. Curtis Winchcombe was the Tipton scorer.


 

 

SATURDAY 21 APRIL

DIVISION 5

Newtowns 4-2 victory at Culm ensures promotion and means they are still in sight of the Fifth Division title providing they win their last two matches to overtake leaders Exmouth Town.
Guy Privett, Mathieu Perigry, Alfie Cleave and Dimitri Raksa scored the Newtown goals.
Charlie Clarke and Asa Sandman were Axmouths marksmen in their 2-2 draw with Cullompton.
Dunkeswell Rovers were crushed 8-1 at Hatherleigh and look destined to go down.

DIVISION 6
Chulmleigh won the Division 6 championship after coming from behind to beat Feniton 3-1. Guy Hiscock, Will Martin and Jack Lee were their scorers. Danny Thomas was the Fenny marksman.
The Uau Exeter were beaten 2-1 at Awliscombe, whose Nick Trenchard and Ben Gay scored, but Uau are still promoted along with Bow who won in midweek, because Cheriton Fitzpaine went down 4-1 at Topsham. Mitch Ward, Aaron Streat, Liam Melton and Jordi Baitup were Topshams scorers.
Chagford beat Honiton 4-1 with Dario Jordan and Jai Minett both scoring twice, but Clyst Valley were unable to raise a side for their game at Uplowman.

DIVISION 7
Amory PR took over the Division 7 leadership after they won 3-1 at North Tawton. Martin Bolt 2 and Daniel Black scored Amorys goals.
Amory Argyle aiming for fourth place won their sixth game in a row 2-1 against Stoke Hill with Shane Burston and James Howe scoring.
Langdon ended the season beating relegated Bampton 2-0, Scott Andrews and Dan Heagney on target, and Halwill eased any relegation fears as they beat Hemyock 4-1, Jason Winser 2, Rob Hambly and Paul Penberthy scoring.

DIVISION 8
Division 8 champions Tipton St John were beaten 3-1 by Lympstone who will finish as runners up if they win their last match. Dave Whipp and Mark Dunne scored for the Lympets, Chris Surridge for Tipton.
Otterton secured promotion after winning 3-1 at Colaton Raleigh with goals from Charlie Coplestone, Ben Yeoman and a Jon Dack penalty.
The Met Office finish fourth after beating Langdon 1-0 with Matt Hurst scoring.
Harry Leach had both Lapford goals in their 2-0 win against Woodbury.

SATURDAY 14 APRIL

DIVISIONS 5-8
Exmouth Town are still waiting to clinch the Fifth Division title despite winning their last game at Culm United 3-2. Exmouth can be overtaken by Newtown who beat St Martins 5-3 with Dimitri Raksa 3, Mathieu Peligry and Badin Svaikevic scoring providing they win their last four matches.
Woodbury chasing third place beat Sampford Peverell 4-1 but have played two more matches than the current occupants Lords XI. Alex Hughes with a hat-trick and Charlie Page scored for Woodbury.
Heavitree ended the season beating Axmouth United 3-1 with Liam Cook 2 and Connor Sylvester scoring. Joe Berry was the Axmouth scorer.
Hatherleigh are safe from the drop despite only drawing 3-3 with Cullompton. Steve Webber, Matt Adams and Luke Reynolds scored the home goals.

Chulmleigh beat Honiton 2-0 but are still one victory away from winning the Division 6 title. Mark Burgess and Rob Scott were the scorers. Honiton are now certain to finish in the bottom two.
Bow are up to second place after crushing East Budleigh 8-2, but still need a point to be promoted as Cheriton Fitzpaine keep them waiting following their 5-1 win at Clyst Valley. Chris Acton 2, Emlyn Austin 2 and Jay White scored for Cheriton, John Snow was Valleys scorer.
Topsham miss out despite their 2-0 win over Feniton, Dom Gibbons and Mitch Ward scoring.
Priory ended the season with a 4-1 win against Westexe, Mike Phillips, Etienne Colgate, Scott Pengelly and Lee Hook on target, and Chagford won 4-2 against Awliscombe with Gavin Forsey 2, Jerome Whatley and Craig Vincent getting their goals.

Division 7 leaders Morchard Bishop won 3-1 at home to Dawlish United who still need a point to be promoted as well. Phil Greenslade 2 and Mike Tapp scored for Morchard who were a goal down at the break.
Amory Park Rangers are promoted after beating Halwill 5-1, but Amory Argyle hopes look forlorn despite their last-gasp 2-1 win against Bampton. James Howe and Jamie Clapp scored Argyles goals.
Ash Sparkes 2 and Nathan Langdon were the scorers for Exwick Village as they beat Sandford 3-2.

Tipton St John finally celebrated the Division 8 championship with a 2-1 win at the Met Office. Ian Pring and Jonny Beer had Tiptons goals, Hayden Figures scored for the weathermen who look like finishing fourth.

EASTER MONDAY APRIL 9

Hatherleigh took a big step towards safety from Division 6 when they trounced a sorry Axmouth 7-1.
Division 6 leaders Chulmleigh beat Feniton 4-1 with Chris Andrews 2, Rob Scott and an own goal making up their scoresheet.
Bow AAC won 4-0 at Honiton with Danny Evans 2, Jamie Jackman and Danny Parbell on target, and Topsham beat Awliscombe 2-1 with Aaron Streat and Jon Dawson scoring.
Sandford and Langdon drew 1-1 in Division 7, while in Division 8 Otterton came from two goals down to beat Cheriton Fitzpaine 3-2. Lee Mitchell, Shelby Verde Salinas and Tom Bishop were the Otters scorers.
It finished 2-2 between Offwell and Folly Gate, Vulnett Guri and Andy Dymond scoring for the Rangers.

SATURDAY APRIL 7

Newtown beat Woodbury 3-1 and could still rob Exmouth Town of the Division 5 title. Guy Privett, Dimitri Raksa and Matt Perigry scored Newtowns goals, Kev Pitt scored for Woodbury. Exmouth had to dig deep to beat Hatherleigh 3-2, Gareth Davies 2 and Ian Smith scoring.
The Lords XI chasing third place drew 1-1 against Beer after going behind in the 91st minute and then equalising through Mam.
Axmouth won at Sampford Peverell 4-3 after being 3-1 down. Matt Ellis, Jamie Hughes, Reece Hales and Mike Challis shared the Axmouth tally.
Cullompton beat Culm 1-0 with Shane Fyles getting their goal.

Already promoted Division 6 leaders Chulmleigh showed little sign of letting up as they triumphed 6-2 at Uplowman. Chris Andrews 3, Guy Hiscock, Mark Burgess and Rob Scott were their scorers.
The Uau Exeter slipped to a 3-1 defeat at Westexe whose Phil Tarr, Paul Pike and Jamie Land were their scorers.
Bow won 2-1 at Chagford, Darryl Pidgeon getting both goals, and have matches in hand on Cheriton Fitzpaine 3-0 winners at Honiton with Emlyn Austin, Chris Vennelle and Abi Diane scoring.
From two down Clyst Valley rescued a 2-2 draw at Priory with Toby Tagg and Ryan Perryman strikes.

Amory PR celebrated promotion from Division 7 following their 1-0 win at Newton SC, and Dawlish United need just one more point to join them after their 7-2 victory against North Tawton whose Andy Glanville had both goals.
Amory Argyle cling in after beating Sandford 3-0, Luke Carroll 2 and Brandon Stopforth scoring, but Langdon cannot make it despite their 10-1 mauling of Bampton. Phil Nicholson 5, Toto Whittle and Dick Gregory shared the goals.
Chris Harlow was the Exwick Village marksman in a 1-1 draw with Stoke Hill.
James Sowden, Chris Barkwill and Ryan Haverslev were Halwill scorers in their 3-0 win at Hemyock.

Tipton St John needing a win to become Division 8 champions sensationally lost for the first time this season 1-0 at Langdon whose Marcus Stapley was their matchwinner.
Lympstone beat Newtown 5-1, Adam Smith scoring for the Exeter side who have completed their season.
Otterton won the promotion battle against the Met Office 1-0 with Nick Tweedie getting their goal.
Oli Cramer scored twice for Offwell as they sent Winkleigh packing 3-0, and two goals from Kyle Harris featured for Woodbury in a 4-2 win at Folly Gate. Gareth and Alex Wicks also scored.

SATURDAY 31ST

DIVISION 5
Newtown chasing promotion from Division Five saw off Sampford Peverell 3-0 with Dimitri Raksa 2 and Ryan Pearson on the mark.
The Lords XI were held 1-1 at Heavitree where Wayne King hit a late equaliser after Nat Salisbury gave the visitors the lead.
Adam Brewer struck twice for Beer in their 4-3 win at Axmouth whose Jamie Hughes also scored twice.
Dunkeswell kept their heads above water after winning 3-2 at Culm. Jamie Williams, Eric Cligg and Steve Morris with a penalty won it for the Dunks.
DIVISION 6
Chulmleigh are promoted from Division Six following their 2-0 win against Westexe, Chris Andrews and Will Martin getting their goals.
Bow were checked 1-1 at Feniton whose Jonathan French scored after Jamie Jackman netted for Bow.
Dom Gibbons had both goals for Topsham in their 2-0 win against East Budleigh, and second place Uau Exeter also won 2-0 against city neighbours Priory.
Jay White had the only goal as Cheriton Fitzpaine, chasing the top three, won 1-0 at Awliscombe.
DIVISION 7
Morchard Bishop won promotion from Division 7 after they floored North Tawton 4-0. Mike Searle, Ryan Piper, Patrick Phillips and Phil Greenslade shared the scoring.
Amory PR in second place won 6-1 against Exwick Village, Jamie Phillips with a hat-trick, Mike Takle, Alan Brice and Luke Veale scoring while Amory Argyle
hammered Halwill 8-1 with Luke Carroll 3, Dean Kibble 2, Brandon Stopforth, Sam Fowler and James Howe getting singles.
Dawlish United struggled to beat Sandford 2-1, Steve Shrubb and Oliver Williams notching, while Silverton enjoyed their penultimate game beating Newton St Cyres 3-0 with Mark Greenwood, Nat Davey and Ricardo Ramos scoring.
DIVISION 8
Leaders Tipton are promoted from Division 8 and celebrated with a 5-0 win against Tedburn. Barry Wood 2, Curtis Winchcombe, Nick Roberts and Ash Holding scored.
Otterton suffered a shock 2-1 defeat at home to Lapford whose Joe Badcock scored both goals and that gave Lympstone who beat Winkleigh 3-1 and the Met Office who won a thriller against Colaton Raleigh 6-4 a big boost. Hayden Figures and Josh Jerrett hit hat-tricks for the weathermen.
Neil Thomas 3 and two goal Dan Timms scored for Folly Gate as they beat Offwell 5-2.
Andy Hearn, Mark Colville, Ian Henson and Jim Kingdon were the Cheriton scorers in a 4-0 win against Newtown.

 

SATURDAY 24TH

Although they just needed a draw leaders Exmouth Town are promoted from Division Five following their 11-0 rout of Cullompton. Steve Caddywood hit four goals for Exmouth the third match in succession he has netted a hat-trick.
Julian Wills and Mike Holding both scored twice for the Lords XI in a 4-1 win against Dunkeswell, and both Adam Wakley and Ed Busby scored twice for Beer who beat Heavitree 4-1.
A Chris Andrews hat-trick saw Division 6 leaders Chulmleigh win 5-1 against Awliscombe. Will Martin and Mark Burgess also scored with Duncan Bryant replying for the Awls.
Uau Exeter struggled to better Chagford 2-1, Joe Whatley getting the home goal, and Honiton also won 2-1 against Priory with Sam Farmer and Tom Sturtivant scoring.
The match between East Budleigh and Feniton was abandoned after Budleighs Andrew Case suffered a broken leg.
In Division 7 Stoke Hill won a tough match at Halwill 2-1, Ryan Priscott and Connor Reeves scoring.
North Tawton won 3-2 against Sandford with Tim Shaw scoring twice.Matt Wagner had the other goal.
Lympstone kept their Division 8 promotion hopes alive after winning 5-0 at Lapford. Adam Shapcott 3, Tim Mills and James Hudson scored.
Tom Bishop bagged a hat-trick for Otterton in their 4-1 win at Tedburn, Jon Dack adding to that with a penalty, the teds goal was from Simon Durrant .
Colaton Raleigh beat Newtown 3-0 thanks to Harrison Jones, Mark Tett and an own goal.
Dan King and Emmett Hanley scored for Cheriton in a 2-2 draw at Langdon.
Woodbury won 5-3 against Folly Gate with Gareth Wicks, Alex Wicks, Piotr Cholewinski, Greg Konodka and Neil Evans sharing the goals.

Cheriton Fitzpaine are through to the final of the Football Express thanks to a 2-0 victory at Newtown, James White and Dean Jones on target, and will play the winners of wednesday nights semi between Exmouth Town and Chulmleigh.
Topsham Town beat Offwell 3-1 to reach the final of the Geary cup, Aaron Streat, Liam Melton and Dom Gibbons scoring, and Morchard Bishop won 3-1 at Newton St Cyres in the other semi after being one down at the break. Ryan Piper, Neil Carpenter and Phil Greenslade were the Morchard marksmen.

 

SATURDAY MARCH 17

Division 5 leaders Exmouth Town won 12-1 at Sampford Peverell after going one down from a Jack Bridgeman strike.
Heavitree were also one down at St Martins but Parry-Jean Jarman struck twice for the Heavies who won 2-1.
The Lords XI beat Culm 6-2 with Micheal Holding getting a superb hat-trick. Andy Empson, Dario Varzea and Tom Parry added singles.
Axmouths goal from Charlie Clarke earned a 1-1 draw with Hatherleigh, and Guy Privett netted a late winner for Newtown to beat Beer 1-0.

Chulmleigh took another step towards the Division 6 title as they swept aside Chagford 5-0. Chris Andrews 2, Sam Andrews, Will Martin and Rob Scott scored.
The Uau Exeter worked harder to beat East Budleigh 4-3, Lee Irvine, Steve Davey and Ryan Wheatley getting the visitors goals.
Tom Gozna and Ben Hellier netted for Uplowman as they won 2-1 at Awliscombe whose Duncan Bryant replied.
Jamie Brimblecombe 2, Dan Thomas, Jon French and an own goal earned Feniton a 5-1 win against Priory whose Scott Pengelly had their lone goal.
Cheriton Fitzpaine undid Bow AAC 1-0 with Chris Venelle getting the decisive strike.

Division 7 leaders Morchard Bishop were held 1-1 by North Tawton whose Ian King converted a penalty to wipe off Neil Carpenters goal.
Dawlish United also drew 1-1 at Silverton whose Jack Kane scored after Cameron McMartin put United ahead.
Amory PR won 4-3 at Exwick with Jamie Phillips 2, Luke Veale and Tom Williams scoring. Ash Sparkes, Mark Down and Adam Monkley netted for the village people.
Langdon crushed Amory Argyle 8-0 with Phil Nicholson 3, Greg Jolly, Scott Andrews, Jake Sheldon, Richard Gregory and Paul O'Shaugnessy scoring.
Newton St Cyres won 3-0 at Stoke Hill, Scott Newcombe, Daniel Randall and Ben Taylor on target.
Halwill won the relegation battle against Bampton 4-2, Ryan Haverslev, Dave Penberthy, Adam Colwill and Rob Woodgates scoring.

Tipton St John won 2-0 against Winkleigh to get closer to the Division 8 title. Hugh Cort and Jonny Beer scored.
Woodbury stunned Otterton 2-1 with Alex Wicks and Brett Gloyn scoring.
The Met Office won 4-1 at Colyton with Dave Bennett, Ross Lister, Gary Ofield and Pete Weston goals. Nick Taylor replied.
Chris Collyer and Marcus Stapley hit hat-tricks as Langdon won 8-2 at Folly Gate. Dave Reid had the other two while Kyler Burns and Freddie Lawrence replied.
Mark Seward with a hat-trick, Simon Durrant and James Brewer scored Tedburns goals in their 5-0 win against Offwell.
Newtown dipped 2-1 to Colaton Raleigh, Kieran Jones scoring the home goal.

SATURDAY MARCH 10

Division Five leaders Exmouth Town were 6-2 winners against the Lords XI, whose Dario Varzea and Duncan Medlock netted consolations.
Axmouth beat Culm 2-0 Charlie Clarke and Asa Sandman scoring.

The restaged Division 6 top clash between Chulmleigh and Uau Exeter saw the mid Devon side emerge 5-3 winners. Rob Scott 2, Guy Hiscock, Mark Burgess and Ashley Harrison had Chulmleighs goals.
Jack Jordan struck twice for Clyst Valley after they went two down at Topsham, but the hosts stepped up a gear to win 4-2. Mitch Ward, Nathan Devereux, Billy Rouse and Martin Tyrer were the tops scorers.
Dan Thomas converted a late penalty to rescue a 1-1 draw for Feniton against Westexe, but a last minute goal saw Bow snatch a 1-0 win at Awliscombe.

Division 7 pacemakers Morchard Bishop had their best day for some time to see off Newton SC 3-0 with Phil Greenslade 2 and a Nigel Witten super goal.
Dawlish United edged Exwick 1-0, Carl Fitzsimmons scoring, while Silverton routed Sandford 6-2, Joseph Wright 3, John Ford, Mike Rowley and an own goal making up their scoresheet.
Two goal Luke Phillips and Robert Fleming scored for Stoke Hill in a thrilling 3-2 win against Amory Argyle.
Amory PR won 4-2 against Langdon with Micheal Takle 2, Tom Williams and Dan Ayre holing out.
Luke Compton 2, Tim Shaw and Steve Ward were North Tawton scorers in their 4-3 victory against Bampton.

Unbeaten Division 8 leaders Tipton drew 2-2 against Woodbury whose Brett Gloyn and Dave Allen gave them hope. John Beer and Chris Surridge scored for Tipton.
The Met Office suffered a 2-1 reverse at Cheriton Fitzpaine, Stuart Bell getting the weathermens goal. Joe Clarke and Mark Colville in the 88th minute scored for the cherries.
Lympstone went second after beating Colyton 3-1, Bruce Groom, Connor Fellows and John Greenslade scoring.
Adam Smith 2, Dan Hunt and an own goal earned Newtown a 4-1 win against Winkleigh, and Langdon won by the same margin against Offwell with Mike Saw, Gary Brown, Marcus Stapley and Dave Reid goals.

SATURDAY 3RD MARCH

Fifth Division leaders Exmouth Town beat St Martins 5-0 with Brandon Perry 2, Ashraf Ghani, Lee Clark and Steve Caddywack on target.
Chasing Woodbury won 3-1 at Hatherleigh, Alex Hughes, Brett Gloyn and Wayne Rowsell scoring.
Newtown won 4-0 at Dunkeswell, a margin repeated by the Lords XI against Axmouth. Julian Wills first half hat-trick was added to by Dario Varzea.
Culm came from behind to beat Cullompton 4-2 Chris Forman, Graham Bowles, Steve Alford and Joe Martin scoring.

Division 6 leaders Chulmleigh went on a goal bonanza against East Budleigh winning 14-2, but Uau Exeter stay alongside after a 5-2 win against Chagford. Tom Flanagan with a hat-trick and two goal Matt Treatrail scored for Uau.
Aaron Streat with a hat-trick and Ryan Sanders were Topsham scorers in 4-2 win at Honiton who led 2-0 at the break.
Chris Vennelles scored twice and Joel Gebler once for Cheriton Fitzpaine in 3-1 win against Uplowman.
Ben Gay hit a late equaliser for Awliscombe in 1-1 draw with Clyst Valley whose Sam Tibbetts scored.
Dan Thomas 2 and Jamie Brimblecombe were the Feniton scorers in 3-0 win at Westexe.

Division Seven leaders Morchard Bishop were held 2-2 at Stoke Hill. Darren Searle and Steve Rice had Morchards goals.
Amory PR and Dawlish Utd shared a 1-1 draw, Nick Maynards goal for Dawlish wiped off by Tom Williams.
Silverton were 3-0 winners at Bampton, Jamie Farrell, Dave Fook and Joseph Wright scoring.
Amory Argyles Scott Butler scored twice but was also sent off in the 5-2 win against Newton SC. Brandon Stopforth 2 and Mark Butler completed their scoring, Mark Flay and Paul Widdecombe replied,
Exwick Village won 4-2 at Halwill whose Rob Hambly and Ben Fellows scored.

Unbeaten Division Eight leaders Tipton scraped a 1-0 win at second place Otterton with James Youlden getting the crucial goal.
The Met Office were 5-0 winners at Woodbury, Josh Jerrett 2, Hayden Figures, Dave Bennett and Matt Hurst scoring.
Dan Timms scored twice as Folly Gate won 3-2 at Colyton, and Adam Phillips scored twice for Lapford in 4-1 win at Offwell. James Harris and Luke Monkley added singles.

Morchard Bishop won promotion from Division 7 after they floored North Tawton 4-0. Mike Searle, Ryan Piper, Patrick Phillips and Phil Greenslade shared the scoring.
Amory PR in second place won 6-1 against Exwick Village, Jamie Phillips with a hat-trick, Mike Takle, Alan Brice and Luke Veale scoring while Amory Argyle
hammered Halwill 8-1 with Luke Carroll 3, Dean Kibble 2, Brandon Stopforth, Sam Fowler and James Howe getting singles.
Dawlish United struggled to beat Sandford 2-1, Steve Shrubb and Oliver Williams notching, while Silverton enjoyed their penultimate game beating Newton St Cyres 3-0 with Mark Greenwood, Nat Davey and Ricardo Ramos scoring.
DIVISION 8
Leaders Tipton are promoted from Division 8 and celebrated with a 5-0 win against Tedburn. Barry Wood 2, Curtis Winchcombe, Nick Roberts and Ash Holding scored.
Otterton suffered a shock 2-1 defeat at home to Lapford whose Joe Badcock scored both goals and that gave Lympstone who beat Winkleigh 3-1 and the Met Office who won a thriller against Colaton Raleigh 6-4 a big boost. Hayden Figures and Josh Jerrett hit hat-tricks for the weathermen.
Neil Thomas 3 and two goal Dan Timms scored for Folly Gate as they beat Offwell 5-2.
Andy Hearn, Mark Colville, Ian Henson and Jim Kingdon were the Cheriton scorers in a 4-0 win against Newtown.

 

SATURDAY 24TH

Although they just needed a draw leaders Exmouth Town are promoted from Division Five following their 11-0 rout of Cullompton. Steve Caddywood hit four goals for Exmouth the third match in succession he has netted a hat-trick.
Julian Wills and Mike Holding both scored twice for the Lords XI in a 4-1 win against Dunkeswell, and both Adam Wakley and Ed Busby scored twice for Beer who beat Heavitree 4-1.
A Chris Andrews hat-trick saw Division 6 leaders Chulmleigh win 5-1 against Awliscombe. Will Martin and Mark Burgess also scored with Duncan Bryant replying for the Awls.
Uau Exeter struggled to better Chagford 2-1, Joe Whatley getting the home goal, and Honiton also won 2-1 against Priory with Sam Farmer and Tom Sturtivant scoring.
The match between East Budleigh and Feniton was abandoned after Budleighs Andrew Case suffered a broken leg.
In Division 7 Stoke Hill won a tough match at Halwill 2-1, Ryan Priscott and Connor Reeves scoring.
North Tawton won 3-2 against Sandford with Tim Shaw scoring twice.Matt Wagner had the other goal.
Lympstone kept their Division 8 promotion hopes alive after winning 5-0 at Lapford. Adam Shapcott 3, Tim Mills and James Hudson scored.
Tom Bishop bagged a hat-trick for Otterton in their 4-1 win at Tedburn, Jon Dack adding to that with a penalty, the teds goal was from Simon Durrant .
Colaton Raleigh beat Newtown 3-0 thanks to Harrison Jones, Mark Tett and an own goal.
Dan King and Emmett Hanley scored for Cheriton in a 2-2 draw at Langdon.
Woodbury won 5-3 against Folly Gate with Gareth Wicks, Alex Wicks, Piotr Cholewinski, Greg Konodka and Neil Evans sharing the goals.

Cheriton Fitzpaine are through to the final of the Football Express thanks to a 2-0 victory at Newtown, James White and Dean Jones on target, and will play the winners of wednesday nights semi between Exmouth Town and Chulmleigh.
Topsham Town beat Offwell 3-1 to reach the final of the Geary cup, Aaron Streat, Liam Melton and Dom Gibbons scoring, and Morchard Bishop won 3-1 at Newton St Cyres in the other semi after being one down at the break. Ryan Piper, Neil Carpenter and Phil Greenslade were the Morchard marksmen.

Division 5 leaders Exmouth Town won 12-1 at Sampford Peverell after going one down from a Jack Bridgeman strike.
Heavitree were also one down at St Martins but Parry-Jean Jarman struck twice for the Heavies who won 2-1.
The Lords XI beat Culm 6-2 with Micheal Holding getting a superb hat-trick. Andy Empson, Dario Varzea and Tom Parry added singles.
Axmouths goal from Charlie Clarke earned a 1-1 draw with Hatherleigh, and Guy Privett netted a late winner for Newtown to beat Beer 1-0.

Chulmleigh took another step towards the Division 6 title as they swept aside Chagford 5-0. Chris Andrews 2, Sam Andrews, Will Martin and Rob Scott scored.
The Uau Exeter worked harder to beat East Budleigh 4-3, Lee Irvine, Steve Davey and Ryan Wheatley getting the visitors goals.
Tom Gozna and Ben Hellier netted for Uplowman as they won 2-1 at Awliscombe whose Duncan Bryant replied.
Jamie Brimblecombe 2, Dan Thomas, Jon French and an own goal earned Feniton a 5-1 win against Priory whose Scott Pengelly had their lone goal.

Division Five leaders Exmouth Town were 6-2 winners against the Lords XI, whose Dario Varzea and Duncan Medlock netted consolations.
Axmouth beat Culm 2-0 Charlie Clarke and Asa Sandman scoring.

The restaged Division 6 top clash between Chulmleigh and Uau Exeter saw the mid Devon side emerge 5-3 winners. Rob Scott 2, Guy Hiscock, Mark Burgess and Ashley Harrison had Chulmleighs goals.
Jack Jordan struck twice for Clyst Valley after they went two down at Topsham, but the hosts stepped up a gear to win 4-2. Mitch Ward, Nathan Devereux, Billy Rouse and Martin Tyrer were the tops scorers.
Dan Thomas converted a late penalty to rescue a 1-1 draw for Feniton against Westexe, but a last minute goal saw Bow snatch a 1-0 win at Awliscombe.

Division 7 pacemakers Morchard Bishop had their best day for some time to see off Newton SC 3-0 with Phil Greenslade 2 and a Nigel Witten super goal.
Dawlish United edged Exwick 1-0, Carl Fitzsimmons scoring, while Silverton routed Sandford 6-2, Joseph Wright 3, John Ford, Mike Rowley and an own goal making up their scoresheet.
Two goal Luke Phillips and Robert Fleming scored for Stoke Hill in a thrilling 3-2 win against Amory Argyle.

The Met Office suffered a 2-1 reverse at Cheriton Fitzpaine, Stuart Bell getting the weathermens goal. Joe Clarke and Mark Colville in the 88th minute scored for the cherries.
Lympstone went second after beating Colyton 3-1, Bruce Groom, Connor Fellows and John Greenslade scoring.
Adam Smith 2, Dan Hunt and an own goal earned Newtown a 4-1 win against Winkleigh, and Langdon won by the same margin against Offwell with Mike Saw, Gary Brown, Marcus Stapley and Dave Reid goals.

Fifth Division leaders Exmouth Town beat St Martins 5-0 with Brandon Perry 2, Ashraf Ghani, Lee Clark and Steve Caddywack on target.
Chasing Woodbury won 3-1 at Hatherleigh, Alex Hughes, Brett Gloyn and Wayne Rowsell scoring.
Newtown won 4-0 at Dunkeswell, a margin repeated by the Lords XI against Axmouth. Julian Wills first half hat-trick was added to by Dario Varzea.
Culm came from behind to beat Cullompton 4-2 Chris Forman, Graham Bowles, Steve Alford and Joe Martin scoring.

Division 6 leaders Chulmleigh went on a goal bonanza against East Budleigh winning 14-2, but Uau Exeter stay alongside after a 5-2 win against Chagford. Tom Flanagan with a hat-trick and two goal Matt Treatrail scored for Uau.
Aaron Streat with a hat-trick and Ryan Sanders were Topsham scorers in 4-2 win at Honiton who led 2-0 at the break.
Chris Vennelles scored twice and Joel Gebler once for Cheriton Fitzpaine in 3-1 win against Uplowman.
Ben Gay hit a late equaliser for Awliscombe in 1-1 draw with Clyst Valley whose Sam Tibbetts scored.

SATURDAY 25TH

Division Five leaders Exmouth Town were held 2-2 at Hatherleigh, but rivals Newtown were undone 2-0 by Heavitree whose Liam Stirzaker and an own goal separated the pair.
The Lords XI made hard work of beating St Martins 5-3, Julians 3, Gaz Wills and Tom Parry scoring. Saints equalised three times.
Culm won 5-0 at Sampford Peverell with Steve Alford 2, Graham Bowles, Ben Sharland and Tom Bukin scoring.
Dunkeswell and Cullompton drew 3-3, Rod Hill scoring twice and Eric Cligg once for Dunks.

The Uau Exeter missed the chance to go clear as Division 6 leaders when beaten 4-2 by a ten man Cheriton Fitzpaine whose Chris Acton notched a hat-trick. Matt Holland also scored.
Bow won 3-1 at Clyst Valley after Toby Tagg gave the home side the lead.
Ben Gay and Pete Nelson both scored twice as Awliscombe triumphed 4-1 at Uplowman.
Sean Jackson and Leigh Hawkins were the Westexe scorers in their 2-1 win at East Budleigh.

Division Seven leaders Morchard Bishop were fortunate to get away from Exwick Village with a narrow 2-1 success. Mike Searle and an own goal won it after Wayne Webber scored for Exwick.
Dawlish United rampaged to an 8-0 win against Bampton with Jack Kane getting four goals. Oliver Williams, Chris Dyke, Kristian Rabbage and Mike Coy added singles.
Danny Mayho, Dan Randall and Peter Gibb all scored braces in Newton St Cyres 7-0 win at Sandford. Mark Flay also scored.
Both Amorys had a bad day. Argyle settled for a 3-3 draw with Topsham, Mark Butler, Scott Butler and James Howe scoring, while Park Rangers lost 4-2 to a very good Stoke Hill. Lee Phillips and Luke Shere scored for Amory.
North Tawton and Halwill drew 5-5 in a thriller, manager Steve Ward scoring twice for Tawton and Rob Woodgates twice for Halwill.
Silverton lost 5-2 against Langdon, Mark Greenwood netting both home goals.

All Division 5 matches were wiped off by the weather including the one rearranged as an Express cup tie between Exmouth and Hatherleigh, and only one Division 6 game was played. That was at Chulmleigh where the league leaders won 4-2 against Bow AAC. Rob Scott 2, Chris Andrews and Mark Burgess had the Chulmleigh goals, Matt Blakeney and Jamie Morgan responded.
Division 7 pacemakers Morchard Bishop came from a goal down to beat Langdon 3-1. Marc Frost, Phil Greenslade and a first ever goal for Neil Carpenter won it for Morchard after Phil Nicholson struck for Langdon.
Two Jack Kane goals earned Dawlish United a 2-0 win against a strong Halwill side.
Luke Scott 2, Matty Broadhurst, Mark Greenwood, and a first senior goal for Reuben Wright steered Silverton to a 5-2 victory at North Tawton whose Lloyd Reynolds and Tim Shaw scored.
Rob Woolley and Wayne Moxey on his debut both struck twice for Tedburn in their 5-1 victory against Colyton in Division 8. James O'Leary also scored.

Sampford Peverell shocked Newtown 5-3 with Andy Lane 2, Jack Bridgeman 2 and a Paul Andrews penalty. Ryan Pearson, Guy Privett and Dimitri Rakaz scored for Newtown.

Mike Rowley had both goals for Silverton in their 2-2 draw against Topsham, but Luke Foster and Ryan Priscott strikes were not enough to avoid a 3-2 defeat for Stoke Hill in a cracker with Exwick Village.

The story of the day belongs to Otterton in Division Eight. 5-0 down at half-time at Langdon, Otterton fought back to win 6-5. Gary Brown, Marcus Stapley, Dave Reid, Vas Papinincola and an own goal had Langdon on top, but a Shelby Verde Salinas hat-trick, Luke Elstone, Jon Dack and Lee Mitchell goals turned the match around.
Dave Bennett 3, Hayden Figures 2, Mike Errington, Josh Jerrett and Stuart Bell feasted for the Met Office as they routed Folly Gate 8-1, and Mark Dunne 3, Tim Mills 2 and Dave Whipp were Lympstones scorers in their 6-0 win against Lapford.

A Steve Alford hat-trick was the key for Culm United 3-2 winners against Axmouth whose Jamie Hughes had both goals.
Mike Thomas 2, Paul Vice and Ryan Lester scored for St Martins as they clobbered Cullompton 4-0.
A Steve Morris penalty helped Dunkeswell draw 1-1 with Heavitree.

Ash Sparkes had both goals for Exwick as they eclipsed Topsham 2-1.
Phil Nickelson 3, Ashley Chapman and Leon Welsh netted the Langdon goals in 5-0 win at Stoke Hill.

Two goal Hayden Figures, Pete Weston and Josh Jerrett were the Met Office scorers in 4-2 win against Lapford in Division 8.
Luke Hunt and Andy Barkes netted for Newtown in 2-1 win at Langdon, Chris Collyer replied, while Simon Durrant 2, Sam Reeve and Mark Seward scored for Tedburn in 4-1 victory against Woodbury. Gareth Wicks replied on his debut.

SATURDAY 7TH

Fifth Division leaders Exmouth were undone 3-2 by Cullompton whose Richard Pears scored hat-trick. Steve Caddywood and Josh Kirby had Exmouths goals.
Heavitree stunned Axmouth 4-0 with Wayne King, Gary Webb, Matt Dicker and Liam Cook scoring, and Newtown were surprised 4-2 by Culm whose Steve Alford 2, Ben Sharland and an own goal won it. Dimitri Rakaz had both Newtown goals.
Gaz Wills and Julian Wills both scored twice for the Lords XI in 5-1 win against Hatherleigh. Tim Holding also scored.
An Alex Hughes penalty and Gary May free-kick gave Woodbury a 2-1 win at Beer whose Charlie Clode replied also with a free-kick.
Andy Lane hit four goals for Sampford Peverell in 6-3 win against Dunkeswell. Jack Bridgeman and Tom Woodcock completed the scoring.

The Uau Exeter top Division Six after a 5-2 win against Uplowman. Mike Back, Jassim Al-Makram, Mike Marney, Nathan Trump and Matt Jenk scored.
Dan Riggs 2 and Lee Hook scored for Priory whose Etienne Colgate was outstanding in 3-1 win against Feniton. Jamie Brimblecombe replied.
Toby Tagg, Josh Barlow, and two goal Danny Melluish scored for Clyst Valley in 4-1 win against Topsham.
Cheriton Fitzpaine also won 4-1 against Honiton with Ben Clement, Chris Acton, Kevin Payne and Djibi Doumbia scoring.

Amory PR suffered a 5-0 reverse in Division Seven at Langdon whose Phil Nicholson 3, Leon Welsh and Dan Heagney scored.
Silverton won 5-0 against North Tawton with Jack Langdon, Jamie Farrell, Richard Sobey, Ricardo Ramos and Matt Streethawk on target.
Ian Locke, Lee Tiso and Ben Saxton netted the Topsham goals in 3-1 win against Bampton, and Gary Moore had both goals for Dawlish in 2-0 win at Exwick.

Division Eight leaders Tipton stormed to another big victory 5-1 against Newtown with Nick Roberts 2, John Beer, Barry Wood and an own goal counting. Adam Smith replied.
Tom Bishops hat-trick earned Otterton a 3-1 win against Offwell, and Colyton won by the same margin against Woodbury with Jedd Feldman, Jacob Young and Olly Tollerfield goals. Alex Wicks replied for Woodbury.
Andy Lowe, Dale Evans and Luke Motyl shared the goals for Lympstone in 3-1 victory against Met Office. Stuart Bell replied.
Julian Burns hit a hat-trick for Folly Gate in 4-3 win against Cheriton. Neil Thomas also scored.

SATURDAY 31ST

Division Five DUNKESWELL ROVERS climbed off the basement rung with a 3-3 draw at home to leaders EXMOUTH TOWN. It was a great effort from the Dunks whose goals came from Max McKeown, Eric Cligg and Richard Berry.
It also finished 3-3 between AXMOUTH UNITED and WOODBURY. Matt Ellis 2 and Joe Berry scored for Axmouth, Will Bennett 2 and Alex Hughes with a penalty did the job for the Wooders.
Second place NEWTOWN beat BEER 2-1, Robert Adkin was the home scorer.
PRIORY won 3-2 at EAST BUDLEIGH in Division Six who never recovered from going two down in the first half. Tom Marker and Craig Leaman were the Budleigh scorers.
CHERITON FITZPAINE are out of the bottom three following their 6-1 win at CHAGFORD
In Division Seven Adam Fay and Gary Moore scored the DAWLISH UNITED goals in their 2-0 win against SILVERTON.
Danny Mayho 2 and Daniel Randall had the Newton St Cyres goals in a 3-2 win against LANGDON.
OFFWELL RANGERS hit double figures in Division Eight sweeping NEWTOWN aside 10-0. Ben Fulliack and Liam Spiller netted hat-tricks, Jamie Westwood and James Dingle notched doubles.
LAPFORD won 4-3 at COLYTON with Joe Badcock, Ben Turner, Dan Puddifoot and Adam Brayley scoring. Dave Long netted twice for Colyton.
Aiden Kelly-Davis and Rob Ashman scored for TEDBURN ST MARY in a 2-1 victory at COLATON RALEIGH whose Matt Dowling had their only goal.

SATURDAY 17TH DEC

Exmouth Town consolidated their place as Division Five leaders when they saw off Beer Albion 6-1. Josh Kirby 2, Richie Ralph, Gareth Davies, Josh Toper and Steve Caddywood were the Exmouth scorers.
Bottom of the table Dunkeswell Rovers drew 2-2 with Culm United despite leading twice. Dan Snell and Steve Morris with a penalty scored for the Dunks whose keeper Sean Cowley saved a last minute penalty.
Amory Park Rangers moved into joint top spot in Division Seven after powering to a 7-2 victory at Silverton. Tom Williams with a hat-trick, Two goal Marlon Holley, Dan Ayre and Lee Phillips scored for Amory, while Matty Broadhurst had both Silverton goals.
Lympstone missed the chance to get much closer to Division Eight leaders Tipton when they were held to a 2-2 draw by Langdon. Andy Lowe had both goals for the Lympets.

All four Devon County cup ties involving Devon & Exeter League sides were postponed and have been re-arranged for Saturday January 7th.
The ties are:

Firewatch Devon Senior Cup: Elmore v Plymouth University, Wrey Arms v Okehampton Argyle
Devon Intermediate Cup: Chulmleigh v Barnstaple (this tie is on 31 Dec)

SATURDAY 10TH

The Lords XI wrecked the 100% record of Division Five leaders Newtown winning 3-0. Gareth Wills, Andy Empson and Julian Wills scored.
Exmouth Town took over top spot after beating Axmouth United 2-0, Steve Caddywood and Tim Caudrelier scoring.
Heavitree beat St Martins 3-2 with Liam Cook, David Day and Connor Sylvester on target, and Beer won 1-0 against Dunkeswell with Sam White scoring a brilliant goal.
The game between Culm and Cullompton was abandoned after 65 minutes because of bad light and Cully leading 2-1.

The Uau Exeter went joint top of Division Six following their 3-0 win at Honiton. Matt Trestail, Ash Huntvand and Shayne Tregale scored.
The only other game was an amazing 5-5 draw between Feniton and Topsham. Dan Thomas 3, Liam Ogborne and John French scored the Fenny goals.

Lucky Division Seven leaders Morchard Bishop won 2-0 at Dawlish United with two Phil Greenslade goals after being outplayed for three parts of the game.
Amory PR kept the pressure on with a 3-0 win against Silverton, Lee Phillips, Tom Williams and Marlon Holley scoring.
Sandford beat North Tawton 5-3, Dan Uren and Craig Way scoring twice, Dave Gorritt once. Stewart Bragg 2 and Simon Glanville replied.
Halwill also won 5-3 at Topsham with James Giordani 2, Rob Woodgates, Rob Hambly and Mark Wonnacott scoring.
Exwick Village won 2-0 at Newton SC with a Chris Harlow penalty and Rob Powell strike.

Division Eight leaders Tipton won 5-2 at Colaton Raleigh with Barry Wood 3, Nick Roberts and Chris Surridge scoring.
Colyton came from behind to shock Otterton 3-1, James Tucker 2 and Jacob Young scoring. Tom Bishop was the Otters scorer.
Newtown enjoyed a 5-3 victory at Woodbury with Kieran Jones 2, Adam Kane, George Otton and an own goal prevailing against Woodbury goals from Andy Bennett, Alex Hughes and Brett Gloyn.
Aiden Kelly-Davis 2 and Mark Seward scored for Tedburn in their 3-0 win at Lapford.

SATURDAY 3RD

Newtown reached the area semi finals of the Devon Intermediate cup hammering Cheriton 7-1. Guy Privett 2, John Privett, Ryan Pearson, Matthew Peligry, Reece Clarke and Cho Krisz-Kohary were Newtowns marksmen.
Feniton beat Bow 3-0 John Phillips, Jamie Easterbrook and Dan Thomas scoring, and North Tawton elbowed the Lords XI 2-1 with Richard Keast and Phil Harding scoring. Gaz Wills replied.
Axmouth were beaten 7-4 by Millwey Rise, home goals from Reece Hales, Jamie Hughes, Matt Ellis and Asa Sandman.

Exmouth Town went joint top of Division Five after a 1-0 win at plucky Woodbury. Luke Smiths early goal was to prove decisive.
Liam Cook 2, Parry-Jean Jarman and Matt Dicker earned Heavitree a 4-1 win against Culm.
Cullompton edged Beer 2-1 with Zack Skinner and Ashley Sinkins scoring. Veteran Ian Parkhouse scored an own goal.

In Division Six Lee Hook who was outstanding scored two and set up both goals for Sean Selley and Josh Mattinson in their 4-1 win against Honiton.
The Uau came from two down to win 3-2 at Clyst Valley whose Toby Tagg had both goals, and Nathan Devereux was Topshams scorer in 1-1 draw with Uplowman.

Silverton won a Division 7 thriller against Stoke Hill 5-4 with Matt Streethawk-Jarrett getting a hat-trick. Jamie Farrell and Matty Broadhurst added singles.
Dawlish United crushed Topsham 6-0, thanks to Jack Kane 2, Chris Dyke, Kristian Rabbage, Isaac Reed and an own goal.
Dan Leat, Adam Monkley, Jan Syner and Ash Sparkes scored for Exwick in 4-2 win against Bampton.
Dan Heagney and Phil Nicholson were on the mark for Langdon 2-1 winners against Halwill.

The season just gets better for Division Eight leaders Tipton as they beat Colyton 2-1 with two Nick Roberts goals. Jedd Feldman replied.
Cheriton and Langdon shared a remarkable 5-5 draw, Andy Hearn 2, Chris Board, Jamie Clarke, and Dean Tickner on target for Cheriton. Adrian Aplin 3, Marcus Stapley and Gary Brown had the Langdon goals.
Hayden Figures, Dave Bennett, Stuart Bell and Ross Lister scored for Met Office in 4-2 win against Offwell.
Otterton beat Tedburn 5-2 with Tom Bishop 2, Lloyd Coleman, Ed Grimes and Gary Williams scoring. Chris Beer and Mark Seward had the teds goals.
